Timer

The 99 Minute Timer can be used in 2 different ways. As a Minute Minder, in this case the timer will not turn any cooking zone off following the allotted time. Or as an Individual Zone timer – set durations to turn one or more of the cooking zones off, allowing extra time for other tasks.

Safety

Control Panel Lock – prevent unintended use (e.g. children accidentally turning the cooking zones on).

Heat Indicator Light – hot hob warning light.

Over-Temperature Protection – A temperature sensor monitors the temperature inside the hob. If an excessive temperature is monitored, the hob will stop operating automatically.

Another safety feature of the hob is automatic shutdown. This occurs when a cooking zone is left on for an extended period of time. The higher the temperature the quicker the appliance will power off.
